Aims & Objectives

The objective of the society is to advance the education to the public in the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the arts, particularly the art of the film and allied visual techniques. In furtherance of the foregoing object but not further or otherwise. The Society shall have the power to promote the study and appreciation of cinema by means of lectures, discussions and exhibitions.

To involve local people into a art related activities.
Provide opportunities to watch movies from across the globe from different cultural and geographic background which otherwise is not available to them.
Bringing those people into cinema who either visit cinema a very little or not at all.
Provide such environment where a whole family can seat together and watch movies.
Learn about world culture and respect their tradition through this bring racial harmony.
To develop people’s skills in all aspects of film making and help them to create job opportunities.
To help young people build their confidence.
To work with the socially excluded and disadvantaged groups of the community.
To promote film making as a career option for young people.
To create jobs.
Engaged young children into a creative atmosphere and keep them out of involvement in nuisance and anti social behaviours.
